To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parasail Englewood LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any parasailing activities.

10. Message Frequency
